Meet Erik...
Erik had just been promoted to a Supervisor role and he was failing in every way. He was afraid of making mistakes, he lacked confidence, he didn't know what he was doing and it clearly affected his work. In addition to that, he wasn't appreciated for the things he did do well, he was constantly criticized, and he was only making $16/hr. He was at his wits end, that is, until he met Sam.
